At Toolbox Widget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
